The Role

As a Nested Area Partner, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a local strategy, marketing tactics, and sales approach that drives results and grows your business. You'll have the autonomy to work independently, with the support of Nested's marketing team and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a local marketing strategy to attract and retain clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders, including vendors, buyers, and other agents
  • Manage and grow your own estate agency business, with a focus on sales, customer service, and business development
  • Collaborate with Nested's marketing team to leverage their expertise and resources
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in residential property sales, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong marketing and business development skills, with the ability to develop and execute a local strategy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and self-motivation
