Senior Estates Valuation Surveyor Role

We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic property professional to join our successful team in our Portsmouth office as a Senior Property Valuer/Lister.

This role offers a competitive salary, a car allowance of £2,500, or a company car, as well as a range of additional benefits, including a 33-day paid holiday, a pension, life insurance, and company rewards and incentives.

As a Senior Property Valuer/Lister, you will be responsible for listing a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible.

You will also be expected to keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market, developing a reputation for being an expert in your field.

Additionally, you will work closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers.

You will be required to assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services.

Other responsibilities include helping to motivate and inspire your team, running morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager, and providing general assistance to the Branch Manager.

A full driving license is required for this role, and sponsorship of professionally recognised Property Mark estate agency qualifications is provided.
