About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic team at H2eCommerce. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day paid media management of the business.

As a Junior Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and testing of new paid media features, monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, and supporting the launch and optimization of paid search campaigns. You will also be involved in writing and testing basic adverts for effectiveness and performing bid optimizations.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical, numeracy, and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. If you are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the implementation and testing of new paid media features
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics across multiple territories
  • Support the launch and optimization of paid search campaigns
  • Write and test basic adverts for effectiveness and perform bid optimizations
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to manage and organize assets for paid media campaigns
Requirements
  • Marketing degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Basic understanding or exposure to PPC or paid media
  • Strong analytical, numeracy, and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
