Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Tamsin Wheatcroft Recruitment. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Manage a portfolio of up to 250 properties, ensuring timely and efficient management of day-to-day operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, upselling additional services to existing clients and developing new relationships.
  • Financial Management: Manage and improve budget and KPI figures, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
  • Inventory and Reporting: Prepare and complete inventories, check-out reports, and mid-term inspection reports, ensuring high-quality content and accuracy.
  • Deposit and TDS Management: Manage deposit returns and TDS claims, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing disputes.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Liaise with repair coordinators, tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of maintenance works.
  • Arrear Management: Manage weekly arrears, including rent and legal protection submission claims and management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or property management position.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, driven, reliable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Qualifications: Articulate with strong property management abilities.
