Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers to the branch and take an active interest in their projects, providing expert advice and guidance to ensure their needs are met.

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of our product lines, enabling you to offer informed advice and support to customers, aligning with our Jewson Values.

  • Assist with the picking and preparation of customer orders, loading and unloading customer and supplier vehicles using a Forklift Truck, minimizing manual handling and ensuring efficient stock management.

  • Inspect incoming deliveries and report any missing or damaged products, maintaining accurate records and contributing to a high level of stock accuracy.

  • Contribute to maintaining stock levels in both the shop and yard areas, conducting regular stock counts and ensuring accurate inventory management.
