About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fire Consultant to join our team at Brandon James Ltd. As a Fire Consultant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments to identify potential fire hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Review and analyze Fire Risk Assessments and Fire strategies to ensure compliance with British Standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice on fire safety and risk management to clients, including the development of Fire Management plans and strategies.
- Liaise with clients to understand their fire safety needs and provide tailored solutions to address these needs.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure that all fire safety-related projects are completed to the highest standards.
- Stay up-to-date with current legislation and regulatory requirements related to fire safety and risk management.
Requirements
- Must be registered on the Fire Risk Assessor Register (FRAR).
- Proven experience in conducting type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments and fire door and compartmentation surveys.
- Strong understanding of British Standards and regulatory requirements related to fire safety.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
