We are currently seeking a dedicated Overnight Senior Care Provider to join our team.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Care Provider role include:
- Providing high-quality personal care to residents
- Leading and motivating the care team under the guidance of the duty nurse
- Establishing and maintaining care standards within the facility
- Ensuring that each resident experiences a personalized and meaningful lifestyle
- Assisting nursing staff with clinical procedures, with additional training provided for competencies such as medication management, wound care, and clinical observations
- Upholding the dignity and privacy of residents while respecting their individual needs
Requirements for the Senior Care Provider role:
- We are looking for experienced Senior Care Assistants or enthusiastic individuals with substantial care experience who are ready to advance into a senior position.
- Medication training is essential
- A Level 3 qualification in adult social care is required, or a Level 2 qualification with relevant care experience and a commitment to complete the Level 3 course.
COMPENSATION:
As an employee (Age 21 years +), your earnings will include:
· Base pay of £13.00
· 10% additional pay for weekend shifts
· 50% extra pay on Bank holidays.
