Position Overview

As a CRM Coordinator, you will play a vital role in assisting the Warehouse Manager and Hire Manager with various administrative responsibilities related to asset management. Your primary focus will be on maintaining and updating the CRM system, troubleshooting IT equipment, and supporting various projects, tests, and inspections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management: Ensure accurate stock figures in the system by entering rolling stock check data.
  • Reporting: Log and maintain test and inspection report data.
  • Issue Resolution: Report server issues and anomalies, and troubleshoot minor software problems.
  • Inventory Reconciliation: Address inventory discrepancies and track missing items and sub-hire returns.
  • Proactive Support: Monitor test and inspection deadlines, assisting the Warehouse Manager in keeping assets tested and available for hire.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform additional duties as requested by the line manager or delegated by team members.
Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and Mathematics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Highly computer literate, with a strong interest in technology.
  • MS Office Expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to new skills, systems, programs, and equipment.
