Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Electronic Test Engineer to join our multi-functional team. As a key member of our team, you will be involved in the design of electronic and RF circuits, documentation, and presentation of designs, as well as transfer of products from Engineering to Production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electronic and RF circuits as part of a multi-functional team
  • Document and present designs to ensure clarity and understanding
  • Transfer products from Engineering to Production, ensuring seamless transition
  • Prepare and maintain production documentation and technical reports
  • Contribute to design project reviews and liaise with other departments
  • Compile regular progress reports and technical reports, both verbal and written
  • Participate in daily stand-up meetings to ensure team alignment
  • Communicate effectively with peers, managers, and junior staff through verbal and presentation skills
  • Foster and maintain good customer and supplier relationships
  • Provide production support and fault-finding
  • Train Test Technicians and Senior Technicians/Technicians

Requirements

  • Degree/MSc in Engineering Disciplines: Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Communication Systems Engineering, or Systems Engineering
  • Strong understanding of electronic and RF circuit design
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
