Position Overview:
This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, with flexibility across 5 out of 7 days. The compensation for this position is £31, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting general building repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Performing minor electrical work and carpentry.
- Overseeing outdoor landscaping and grounds upkeep.
- Testing and monitoring the Building Management System (BMS).
- Supervising contractors as needed.
Your daily tasks will be coordinated with the front-of-house team to ensure that maintenance requests are addressed promptly and efficiently, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals with prior experience in maintenance or engineering roles. A proactive attitude and a willingness to engage in hands-on work are essential. You should be adaptable, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and capable of managing emergency situations as they arise.
