Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Services Coordinator to join our team. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and overseas offices. You will handle all client inquiries and communicate with clients in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and overseas offices
- Handle all client inquiries and communicate with clients in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Identify and solve problems in a proactive and efficient manner
- Work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Utilize Microsoft Office packages to prepare management information and reports
Requirements
- GCSE grade A-C or equivalent in English Language, Maths, and Science
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- IT literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- Administration experience is advantageous
- Spanish, Mandarin, and Russian language skills are advantageous
