As a Technical Design Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the preparation of production documentation by external consultants. Your expertise will ensure that all technical specifications and design timelines are meticulously crafted and adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise external consultants in the development of production documentation.
  • Draft and manage technical specifications along with the design schedule.
  • Guarantee adherence to building regulations and NHBC standards.
  • Oversee and evaluate production documentation and cost assessments.
  • Participate in site meetings and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
