We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. Key Responsibilities
  1. Define Business Opportunities: Develop a long-term vision and roadmap for our product offerings, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  2. Scale Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to scale innovative solutions to Amazon's size, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  3. Drive Alignment: Foster alignment between product, design, technology, science, and risk teams to execute on the vision and deliver high-quality results.
  4. Work with Global Teams: Partner with in-house global supply chain, transportation, and logistics teams to identify new business intelligence and data science capabilities and projects.
Requirements
  • Technical Product Management Experience: Proven experience in technical product or program management, with a strong understanding of software development and technical program management.
  • Software Development Experience: Experience in software development, with a focus on technical program management and working directly with software engineering teams.
  • Program Management Experience: Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering and research/ML teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Disciplines: Experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Process Development: Experience developing sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules across cross-functional teams.
