Bradcare Limited is a Domiciliary Care provider dedicated to delivering high-quality support to individuals in their own residences. We serve various communities in the area.
Compensation is competitive and varies based on experience, particularly for holiday shifts.
We are in search of compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team on a flexible basis.
To qualify for this role, you must possess a Full UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle.
Shifts are available from 06:00 to 14:30 & 15:00 to 22:00, Monday to Sunday, with a requirement to work every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities
Your Role:
- Deliver personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Support with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry and cleaning.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social outings.
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Additional Duties
- Support care assistants in the community and during their induction.
- Serve as a role model for both new and existing staff, facilitating shadowing shifts.
- Conduct risk assessments and reviews in clients' homes.
- Participate in on-call duties.
- Perform spot checks and report any good or bad practices to the office.
- Be trained in medication administration.
- Maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
