Job Title: Full Time Community Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full Time Community Care Professional to join our team at Bradcare Limited. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with meal planning and preparation.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
  • Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behaviour.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided.
Requirements:
  • Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to work every other weekend.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
  • Medication training.
