Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Agile Change Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our regulatory affairs department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with the GB retail energy market framework.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and responding to impact assessments and consultations, identifying required amendments to solution options and legal drafting.
  • Completing cost-benefit analysis and producing robust business cases to support the case for approving or rejecting Change Proposals.
  • Producing high-quality change documentation to internal quality standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • A strong understanding of the regulatory framework for the GB retail energy market.
  • The ability to identify and understand the impacts of policy development and regulatory change on a broad range of stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and the highest standard of quality for yourself and others.
  • A sound awareness of Gemserv's Information, Quality, Environmental, and Energy Management Systems.
