Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our team at Adullam Homes Careers. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our tenants in maintaining their tenancies and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting tenants in maintaining their tenancies and resolving any issues that may arise
- Working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
- Managing and maintaining accurate records and data
Benefits:
- Salary up to £24,512.25 for 37.5 hours per week
- Competitive Annual Leave (25 days annual leave and 2 extra days added for a year of no sick days each calendar year)
