We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team at Doncaster Royal Infirmary. As a Physiotherapist in our outpatient department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities- Assess and treat patients with a range of musculoskeletal conditions, using evidence-based practice and clinical reasoning skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, working closely with patients to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of clinical education and training programs, sharing your expertise with colleagues and students.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, using data and feedback to inform practice and drive excellence in patient care.
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or student due to qualify.
- Degree in Physiotherapy or MSc with licence to practice.
- Portfolio evidence of reflective practice, relevant experience, and continuing professional development (CPD).
- A comprehensive induction program, including clinical supervision and mentorship.
