Job Title: Associate Director - Leverage Finance Research

Fitch Solutions is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Leverage Finance Research team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality research on the global leveraged finance markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support senior members of the team in the publication of flagship research
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of key quantitative and qualitative factors influencing credit quality of companies in the Leverage Finance sector
  • Prepare market updates and presentation materials
  • Maintain ongoing communications with the development team to ensure robust leverage finance data infrastructure
  • Conduct and/or present at external meetings, conferences, and/or investor roundtables
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree at minimum, CFA a plus but not required
  • Relevant experience, including some coverage or knowledge of the Leveraged Finance market
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word; knowledge of Access a plus
  • Computer programming skills a plus (Python, SQL)
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
  • Ability to take responsibility and ownership of projects and run them independently
