Job Title: Trainee Administrator

Join our team at Service Service Employment Agency Limited as a Trainee Administrator and take the first step in your career in the financial services industry.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to provide administrative support to our Financial Planning Partners and administration team.

About the Role:
  • Provide technical and administrative support to the Partner and advisers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients and third parties, handling general enquiries and meeting and greeting at the office.
  • Utilize bespoke software to manage business submissions and maintain accurate records.
  • Manage the Practice's CRM database, ensuring up-to-date information and efficient data management.
  • Support the Partner as needed, providing additional administrative assistance.
About You:
  • Be eager to start your career in the financial services industry and willing to learn and develop your skills.
  • Possess strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and the ability to navigate bespoke software.
  • Excel in time management and planning, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.

Holidays: 20 days per year, with 2 additional days granted during Christmas (subject to company discretion).
