This Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing numerous innovation and business-as-usual projects, ensuring the successful implementation of the Smart Grid solutions. The ideal candidate will bring project and delivery expertise, particularly in smart grid, energy systems, and cleantech products.

The successful candidate will join the UK team and have the opportunity to grow and lead a world-class projects team. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the timely and on-budget completion of innovation and business-as-usual projects.
  • Creating scalable delivery processes for new and existing projects.
  • Managing projects from conception to launch, ensuring they are aligned to strategic goals.
  • Monitoring project timelines and schedules, making adjustments as required.
  • Growing and leading an effective project delivery team.
  • Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are updated on project progress.
  • Identifying potential risks and planning effective solutions.
  • Managing project budgets, preparing forecasts and reports as required.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • More than 4 years of experience in project/delivery roles.
  • Project management expertise, using methodologies like Agile or PRINCE2.
  • Prior experience with project management software.
  • The ability to adapt as needed and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
