Job Summary:

Publicis Re:Sources Global is seeking a highly skilled and organized Facilities and Helpdesk Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our helpdesk services, responding to requests from staff and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Coordinate and calendarize helpdesk requests in Outlook and Service Now, ensuring SLA delivery and maintaining accurate records.
  • Manage and maintain Service Now for Facilities/Property, ensuring no SLA breaches and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the facilities team, including creating access passes and maintaining the helpdesk manual.
  • Work collaboratively with other facilities service lines to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Carry out reasonable management requests and work flexible hours as required.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and information security compliance with Groupe ISO 27001 certification.
  • Be flexible to work in other Publicis central London locations as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Corporate Service Reception or Hotel Reception (6 months minimum).
  • Microsoft Teams application/systems.
  • Self-motivated and able to think 'outside of the box' in order to deliver a 'best in class' service.
  • A positive approach to learning in role and identifying own training needs as appropriate.
  • Dealing with complaints whilst maintaining a professional outlook and positive attitude.
  • Committed to 'getting' the job done without compromising service levels and professionalism.
