We're seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as a Waste Management Coordinator. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service within our dynamic waste management sector.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls from customers and internal teams, providing prompt and efficient support.
- Collaborate with Biffa drivers to confirm daily work assignments and address any operational challenges or issues.
- Work closely with our customer service department to resolve customer inquiries and concerns, including addressing any hazards reported by drivers.
- Process orders, confirm details, and generate reports to maintain accurate records of waste management activities.
- Perform administrative tasks and ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A strong understanding of local geography and road networks.
