Job Title: Production Operative

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at Devonshire Appointments. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various auto-fulfilment and sortation machines, ensuring high-quality output and meeting productivity targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain various production machines, including Bluecrest, to ensure efficient and accurate processing of documents.
  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet quality and output targets, adhering to established job specifications and procedures.
  • Understand and adhere to data protection policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in production operations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a production environment, preferably with experience in operating similar machinery.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on quality and productivity.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
  • Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods, with the ability to lift and move equipment as required.
