As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facility, working closely with our team to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a range of tasks to support the production process, including placing wet mats into aluminium steel, seeding mats, manual weighing and bulk packing of products, and daily hygiene tasks.
  • Prepare production lines for processing and pack finished goods.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to strict health and safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is advantageous, but full training is provided.
  • Own transport is essential due to the location and shift start time.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including early starts, and adapt to changing production needs.
