The successful candidate will possess substantial experience in advanced administration, exceptional organizational capabilities, and the aptitude to function autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team. A keen eye for detail, outstanding communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, are critical for this role.
Position Overview:
- Assist all office personnel with daily administrative responsibilities to ensure efficient branch operations
- Oversee building maintenance agreements and resolve any arising issues
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of employee timesheets and perform necessary calculations
- Collaborate with various departments to deliver support and information as required
