Role Overview

The Retail Sales Apprenticeship offers an opportunity to work as a full-time team member in our store, where you will gain hands-on experience in delivering exceptional customer service and understanding the operational aspects of retail. This position is ideal for those looking to thrive in a dynamic and enjoyable workplace while preparing for future career advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with promotional updates and inventory management

Your training will be conducted on-site over the course of 12 months, eliminating the need for college attendance or homework. At the conclusion of your apprenticeship, you will participate in a review of your experiences, complete a multiple-choice assessment, and undergo an evaluation within your role. You will receive continuous support from your team and assessor to successfully achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of a grade 4/C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Availability for full-time shifts
  • No prior completion of a Retail Apprenticeship
  • No degree or more than one year of university experience
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • A fresh perspective on retail

Compensation: £8.65 per hour

Work Schedule: 39 hours per week on a 13-month contract
