About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to support the delivery of both operational and project work. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, conducting research, and managing projects in an efficient and effective manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administration support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the development of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage projects, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and tracking progress.
- Deal with a range of queries from staff and management, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Signpost individuals to relevant information and resources.
