Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Spiritual Leader. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a contributory pension, and presents a unique opportunity to contribute to a vibrant community.


Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in any discipline; however, a background in theology is not mandatory. Ordination as a minister of the gospel is essential, and having certifications in Christian ministry will be considered an asset. Previous experience in Christian ministry, particularly in organizing and coordinating church programs and projects, is highly valued.


Character and Responsibilities:

The candidate must exemplify strong moral character and embody Christian values. Responsibilities will include:

  • Providing religious education through sermons and organizing spiritual retreats.
  • Officiating at significant life events such as weddings, christenings, and funerals.

Additionally, the candidate should be open to international travel, with the expectation of visiting our branch church to conduct special training sessions and provide pastoral support to emerging leaders.


Personal Development:

It is crucial for the candidate to take charge of their own spiritual well-being. Initial training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.


Working Hours:

The working schedule is as follows:

  • Monday to Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
  • Sundays: 10 AM - 2 PM
