Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our passionate and driven team based at our client's site in the Enfield area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective security service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the site. This will involve managing access and egress, conducting regular site patrols, and responding to security incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a high standard of professionalism and security consciousness.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the premises during assigned shifts.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
  • Adhere to the company's policies, management plans, and procedures.
  • Maintain logs of messages and arrival of visitors.
  • Comply with the company's health and safety policy and management plans.
  • Wear correct uniform and adhere to the company's dress code.

  • Previous experience in a busy security role.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong people and customer service skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Drive to succeed by working as part of a close-knit team.
  • Enthusiasm, proactive attitude, and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Well-presented, punctual, and focused on attention to detail.
  • Criminal Record Check, 5 years employment history, and Right to Work check.
  • SIA LICENSE is a requirement.
  • Fully flexible to work days, nights, and weekends, and have own transport.
  • Computer literate.
