Community Connector Role

We are seeking a Community Connector to join our team at Tower Hamlets Council for Voluntary Service. As a Community Connector, you will be the first point of contact for individuals visiting our sites, providing support and information to help them engage with our services and activities.

This role will be based in our main location in Bromley by Bow and the Welcome Hub in East India Dock Rd, which we are developing in partnership with Poplar HARCA. You will work to ensure that members of the community are aware of the support available to them locally, including benefits, social welfare, energy, and financial capability services.

As a Community Connector, you will work with some flexibility across our Centres, offering support to the community and ensuring that our services are accessible and inclusive. You will also work to promote our open access services and engage with local communities to build relationships and trust.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about community development and has excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a team player who is able to work with flexibility and adaptability, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
