Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business subject matter experts and internal technical teams to design and implement ERP system improvements
- Map and document future ERP processes, ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality
- Author functional documentation for created solutions, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Provide effective solutions to business operational improvement requirements through the use of Information Technology and Systems
- Ensure compliance with organizational procedures, maintaining systems security and integrity
- Offer application support to end-users, responding to incidents and requests in line with pre-defined SLAs
- Travel to other UK sites as required to work directly with end-users
- Work flexibly to meet business needs, adapting to changing requirements and priorities
- Practical project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
- Experience in mapping processes and procedures, with a focus on ERP system implementation
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise functional documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Working experience with ERP/Finance, Manufacturing, Sales systems and interfaces
- Working understanding of core Finance, Manufacturing, Sales processes
- IFS ERP experience
- Microsoft Project
- Project Management qualification
- Understanding of key finance ledgers and their core postings
- SQL and Master Data concepts
- ERP/CRM process experience (IFS, Sage, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday etc.)
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm. The role is based in our Doncaster or Leeds office, with the option to work remotely as required.
