Imagine yourself thriving in a vibrant environment, where you will serve as our dedicated Health & Wellness Coordinator, delivering a thorough administrative service while ensuring an outstanding customer journey during our membership presentations.

Every day brings new challenges, and you will actively interact with members, addressing their requests and inquiries, managing trackers, overseeing the membership renewal process, and efficiently generating reports while handling queries and correspondence.

Your role will also involve supporting our Prem Core system through maintenance, data management, and text oversight, while guaranteeing that all appointments are scheduled accurately.

We seek a committed Coordinator who is enthusiastic about their role. We trust you to excel in your responsibilities as part of a dynamic, supportive team dedicated to providing exceptional service to our members.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering a high-quality customer experience
  • Lifeguard certification is a plus
  • NVQ Level 2 Gym Instructor certification is preferred
  • Pool Plant Operator course (PPO) is desirable
  • Friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to resolve issues swiftly and effectively
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • A sense of enjoyment in your work
