Role Summary



We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Engineer to join our Environment team at Galliford Try. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and documentation of commissioning activities on projects and programs in a safe and efficient manner.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and implement commissioning plans in collaboration with clients and project teams to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Lead and document commissioning meetings to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Coordinate site commissioning activities to ensure that testing requirements are fulfilled and documentation is completed.
  • Agree and implement training plans with clients to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Mark up drawings and documents that have been amended during the commissioning process.
  • Lead the reliability and performance testing stage of the project.


Requirements:




  • Proven experience in commissioning complex projects within the water industry.
  • Good financial and commercial awareness to recognize change and provide supporting details.
  • Excellent communication skills to enhance interaction with clients and project teams.
  • Ability to generate concise reports as deliverables for the commissioning process.
  • Ability to work in a multi-discipline team to achieve targets and delivery dates.
