Commercial Insurance Account Handler Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at STRIDE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT LTD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial insurance clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Produce high-quality reports for account executives, ensuring seamless client communication
  • Manage client renewals and mid-term adjustments, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Collaborate with insurers to discuss terms and negotiate premiums
  • Handle premiums up to £50,000, ensuring accurate and efficient processing

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a Commercial Insurance Account Handler role, with a strong track record of client satisfaction and business growth
  • CII qualification is desirable, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
