MEP Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our team at ARC Group, a leading company in the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cost management of MEP packages across commercial projects.
  • Preparation of tender documents, contracts, and cost control.
  • Working closely with project teams to ensure budgets are adhered to and commercial objectives are met.
  • Regular reporting on project financials, including forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Managing sub-contractors and supplier accounts, ensuring value for money.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within MEP, with a focus on either electrical or mechanical works.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials.
  • Experience in handling commercial construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Benefits:
  • Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
