Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process a high volume of orders efficiently.
  • Address inquiries from retail and consumers through both verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborate with courier services and freight forwarding companies.
  • Utilize our in-house systems to schedule bookings and prepare delivery documentation for the warehouse.
  • Maintain open communication with the Demand Manager regarding all shipments.
  • Employ customer systems to handle order processing and label printing.

Essential Skills:

  • Prior experience in shipping and a solid understanding of commodity codes.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in prioritizing workload to meet established deadlines.
