Are you a results-driven sales expert with a focus on safety in automation?
We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to enhance our successful sales team at Thomas Lee Recruitment. Our organization is a prominent provider of automation components, systems, and services, dedicated to maintaining high safety standards.
Position Overview:
- Manage and nurture key client relationships across various sectors.
- Boost sales performance for our extensive range of products and services, including training, consulting, engineering, and technical assistance.
- Identify new business prospects and execute effective sales initiatives.
- Prepare and present persuasive proposals for machinery safety solutions, including risk assessments and compliance marking.
- Conduct market analysis, participate in industry events, and represent the company at trade shows.
- Offer expert technical guidance and support to clients.
- This role covers the M62 Corridor.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated sales experience in safety-oriented automation technologies, such as safety relays, controllers, and light curtains.
- Strong knowledge of machinery safety regulations and standards.
- Technical expertise in automation systems and components.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-focused with strong business acumen.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
This is a remote position requiring national coverage.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 (commensurate with experience). The current average is £65,000.
