Job Title: International Product Compliance Manager

At Holland & Barrett, we're seeking a highly skilled International Product Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key player in our international operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring our diverse range of wellness products comply with global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date with global trade regulations, including animal origin, organic, and high-risk products.
  • Understand the EU trade operation agreement and commodity classification.
  • Ensure compliance for exports to key markets, including the EU, China, Australia, and the USA.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and external partners.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of product documentation and compliance records for international food safety standards.
  • Introduce internal audits to maintain and improve compliance standards.
  • Work closely with the Export Data team to manage and integrate compliance data effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in international product compliance, ideally within the wellness or food industry.
  • Comprehensive understanding of global regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in a similar industry where you have played an integral role during Brexit would be highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Regulatory Affairs/International Food Law and Policy or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and foster a cooperative work environment.
