The position of Team Supervisor involves contributing to the establishment of a meaningful, nurturing, and therapeutic learning atmosphere for our youth. This is achieved through the application of high professional standards in care and support tailored to the social, emotional, and behavioral needs, as well as mental health and learning challenges of each young person.


As a Therapeutic Residential Team Supervisor, your decisive nature, keen awareness, and consistency will significantly benefit the vulnerable children under our care.

Will you employ curiosity and empathy to help affirm a child's narrative? Recognizing trauma and its manifestations in children, along with your understanding of child development, will facilitate recovery, growth, and the ability for a child to lead a fulfilling, independent, and healthy life.

Are you prepared to oversee and foster the ongoing professional development of a small team of staff?
Are you capable and willing to lead a shift, making informed decisions aligned with care plans?

Can you step in for the Registered Manager during holiday periods? This includes conducting supervisions for individuals and providing support for key workers.

Responsibilities include managing the daily needs of the children.
Participation in scheduled sleep-in duties as required.
Development of programs aimed at enhancing children's progress and engagement.
Possessing an understanding of the challenges faced by young individuals in care.
Holding qualifications such as Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People's Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check if selected for the role, with costs covered by the organization.
Experience in Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work is advantageous.

Possessing a full, clean UK driving license and the ability to provide coverage at other Residential Homes as necessary.

A sleep-in allowance of £62.64 per night offers potential additional earnings of up to £3,257.

Shift Schedule:
2 days on, 2 days off, with staggered start times of 8am, 12 noon, or 2pm (e.g., 8am-10pm, 12pm-10pm, or 2pm-10pm).
6 weeks of annual leave entitlement.
