Position Overview

The IT Audit, Risk and Assurance Manager role at Together entails managing governance and reporting functions within Group Technology Services (GTS). We are in search of a meticulous professional who can operate effectively with minimal oversight and manage deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the GTS collaboration with Internal and External Audit teams
  • Ensure adherence to policies and technical standards during Internal Audits
  • Oversee Risk and Audit processes and maintain documentation
  • Generate governance reports related to risk and audit
  • Assist with Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) documentation and reporting
  • Deliver training on Risk management within GTS

Required Qualifications:

Essential qualifications for this position include experience in IT Audit, familiarity with Financial Services industry regulations, and relevant certifications such as IIA, CIA, CRMA, CFE, or CISA.

  • Proven IT Audit experience with corrective action implementation
  • Experience in a regulated setting
  • Understanding of SMCR conduct regulations
  • Aptitude for influencing stakeholders and providing constructive feedback
  • Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
