About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Marketing Strategist to join our team at Matillion Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing demand generation marketing campaigns that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform campaign strategies and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, paid search, and content marketing
  • Design and manage lead nurture workflows to move prospects through the sales funnel
  • Coordinate with creative teams, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
  • Report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the software industry
  • Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns with strong results
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid social media
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, data analytics tools, and ABM tools
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
