Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Resourcing4HR. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of people-related policies and practices for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Provide proactive, commercially focused HR services to support the growth and development of our clients.
  • Manage a team of HR Advisors to ensure the delivery of high-quality HR services.
  • Develop and implement employee experience frameworks to enhance employee engagement and motivation.
  • Operational ownership of reward for the Group, ensuring good practice around evaluation, benchmarking, and remuneration decisions and processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years Generalist HR experience at an operational level.
  • 2+ years' experience in Reward at an operational level.
  • Experience of managing HR-related projects, including planning, prioritizing, and communications, delivering to tight deadlines.
  • Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders, ensuring people policies and practices are being followed, as well as supporting commercial objectives.
  • Intermediate level of experience on Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Level 5 CIPD or equivalent qualification or equivalent experience demonstrating sound employee relations and employment law knowledge is desirable and an advantage.
