Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced 360 recruiter to join our team and help further grow out the legal sector. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be given the tools to succeed from day one and will be fully supported by our company director in your decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients' vacancies
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and grow the business

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales ability and a drive to succeed
  • A team player with a professional demeanor
  • Remote working ability

What We Offer

  • Basic salary up to £35,000 DOE
