About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant with Recruitment People, you will be working with world-leading clients in the technology space, identifying and securing top talent to drive their business forward. You will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions that meet their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent in the tech and life science sectors
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates
Requirements
  • 12 months+ experience in tech or life science recruitment
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the tech and life science sectors
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
