About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Grounds Person to join our team at Praa Sands Holiday Park. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of property maintenance, including mowing, trimming, hedge cutting, plumbing, decorating, and general repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete property maintenance jobs to the highest standards, ensuring owner and customer satisfaction
  • Observe Health and Safety policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace
  • Be actively involved in the development of the Park
  • Empty, clean, and refill hot tubs on changeover days, while checking chemicals daily
  • Be proactive and seek out daily maintenance issues in lodges and rectify
  • Work within a team to maintain the park
