Electrical Maintenance Technician Opportunity

At Haven, we are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities and Maintenance Team. As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting our team to complete reactive, planned, and preventative electrical maintenance for our guests and projects for our owners across the park.

- Support our Maintenance Team to complete electrical maintenance tasks
- Deliver day-to-day electrical repairs across a variety of holiday homes and units
- Carry out full electrical connections of new holiday homes
- Conduct annual and periodic electrical checks to issue certificates
- Keep clear and accurate records of checks, audits, and renewals

Experience and Qualifications
- EIC Qualified and trained to 18th Edition regulations
- Experience of completing electrical work within holiday homes would be desirable but not essential
- Have a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation
