Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with clients in the Architecture and Design sectors, providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify, engage, and place top talent within the industry, utilizing your expertise and network to find the best candidates.
- Business Development: Leverage our brand and resources to grow your own client base, developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and expand our reach in the Architecture and Design sectors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our founder and other experienced recruiters to drive success across the team, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve our goals.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven recruitment experience within the Architecture or Design industry, with a strong understanding of the sector and its trends.
- Drive: A self-starter who can hit the ground running and operate autonomously, with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering results.
- Passion: A genuine interest in the Architecture and Design sectors, with a desire to stay up-to-date on industry developments and trends.
