We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Returns Assistant to join our client's team in a warehouse environment. This is a temporary-to-permanent position, providing the opportunity to secure a permanent role within a well-established company.

About the Role:

The Returns Assistant will be responsible for handling and checking customer returns and exchanges, repackaging goods to return to suppliers, managing shelf locations, organizing and maintaining return collection bays, and completing general office duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer returns and exchanges efficiently and accurately
  • Repackage goods to return to suppliers, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage and maintain shelf locations, ensuring stock is organized and easily accessible
  • Organize and maintain return collection bays, ensuring a smooth and efficient returns process
  • Complete general office duties, including copying, filing, and scanning

Requirements:

  • Previous warehouse and returns experience is essential
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work alone and within a team, with excellent communication skills
