Maintenance Manager Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our Facilities & Engineering department at a leading 150-bed 4* branded modern hotel in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, facilities management, and health & safety, with experience in electrical, air conditioning, and plumbing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage general maintenance, health & safety, legionella checks, and control
* Oversee repair works and project management
* Collaborate with the General Manager and team to ensure smooth hotel operations

**Requirements:**

* 3-5 years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
* Strong health & safety and trade experience, ideally electrical or plumbing
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
